Xils-Lab updates its Moog Polymoog emulation PolyM to v1.5 with new extended arpeggiator, native Apple Silicon support & more

The Polymoog is one of the most special synthesizers Moog has ever built. It is based on the divide-down oscillator technology that can found in electronic organs and string synths. The synth still inspires many musicians with its beautiful pad and string sounds.

However, the original hardware device had technical flaws which caused many devices to fail. So you have to add a good amount of money to every purchase price to cover possible repairs.  But you can also get into the Polymoog vibe without owning the hardware. With the PolyM, Xils-Lab has a solid emulation in its portfolio that just got an update.

Update

The new PolyM v1.5 is a free update with new features for all existing customers. It adds a new extended arpeggiator with cycled modulation and mute possibilities. This gives you new ways of creating melodies with full of life. It also brings easy global A3 tuning (440Hz, 432Hz…) and easy octave change.

Xils Lab also updated the new bigger sizes of the user interface to take full advantage of the PolyM graphic interface. User can also benefit from more factory presets made from Zensound, Daniel Stawczyk and Adam Borseti.

Further, the new version ships with a VST3 plugin format and now runs natively on Apple Silicon based computers. A solid update for existing customers.

Xils-Lab PolyM v1.5 is available now as a free update for existing customers. The plugin is available for 89€ instead of 149€ until March 4th, 2022.
