AudioThing Speakers Plugin Recreates The Sound Of Vintage Loudspeakers & Microphones

AudioThing Speakers is an effect plugin (PC/Mac) that gives a wide range of convolution-based loudspeaker & microphone emulations for your DAW.

The plugin goes deep. It doesn’t just offer nice loudspeaker & microphone emulations but also a freely configurable effects chain with which you can craft your sound. It includes compression, distortion, and filtering, as well as an array of looping background noises. Theses are nice to get a more authentic vintage sound and to set the sound in a variety of environments.

On top, it comes with a “modular” routing panel that allows you to configure your dream setup simply by drag and drop. For example, you can decide where the speaker or microphone is in the signal chain or whether the noise comes after it.
