Sono Elements RetroByts is a chiptune instrument plugin for PC & Mac that includes sounds from the NES video game console & C64 8-bit computer.

In the 80s, our computer/gaming technology looked different and listened to the name C64 or Nintendo NES. One would not have imagined that the sounds of these machines are still in demand today (30 years later) and even offered on a regular basis as a commercial product.

This interest shows the Retrobyts plugin from Sono Elements that features sounds of the NES video game console and the C64 8-bit computer. Built into an easy-to-use interface, the plugin combines chiptune sounds with the architecture of a basic organ. Included in RetroByts are all the NES and C64 basic waveforms plus a collection of retro video game consoles sounds.
