Igor Vasiliev’s SynthScaper is an amazing Synthesizer app for creating big drones, textures or evolving sounds. With the sample import feature, sound designers and musicians can design endless unheard sounds ranging from dark & scary atmospheres to cheerful bright sounds. With the new update v.1.2 Igor expanded the feature list of SynthScaper even more and brings excellent creative function to this app.
New loop points and note info in wav files allows musicians to work better and easier with sample content. Two new filters (low pass ladder filter, low pass distortion filter…) and new parameters like “smooth” and “drive” for the other existing filters gives musicians new tools to manipulate the samples in new ways.
Two new additional features will make live performer very happy. With the new update v.1.2, musicians have MIDI control over the sustain pedal and for changing scenes. As usual, it comes also with several bug fixes and improvements.
