The first release in the new SYNSET family is a FM Synthesizer with dedicated FM drum channel, sequencer and 2 arpeggiators.
This week the SuperBooth stats on Thursday and many manufacturers will present their new products there. FingerSonic announced his latest news already now: SYNSET FM is a new FM Synthesizer that features 6 operators, 8 voice of polyphony, 3 dedicated FM drum channels, a sequencer as well as 2 arpeggiators. The sounds are refined by two effect slots that range from chorus, delay, distortion to a resonant lowpass filter.
With the Digitone, Elektron has recently made FM synthesis more attractive to many musicians in the year 2018. I’m curious to see how this new synthesizer differs and who sounds better. Stay tuned for a first look video from Superbooth 2018.
