One thing was certainly exciting to see at this NAMM show. Companies such as Native Instruments were back on the ground and exhibiting their products in a separate room. Not everyone had access here but only invited guests. Nonetheless, after Native Instruments had not been there for (8 years +-), it was good to see the people from Berlin in Anaheim again.

Of course they were not there without news. In addition to NKS for effect plugins, they also presented Sounds.com, a new sound subscription platform currently in beta. Matthew Adell from Native Instruments gave me a detailed demo of this new service. Looking forward how this service will be expanded. Presets for Synthesizer plugins is planed & more.
