Synthwave is one of the currently successful styles in electronic music. If you are interested in this genre, you can’t miss a certain band. SURVIVE is a quartet formed in 2009 (Kyle Dixon, Michael Stein, Adam Jones and Mark Donica) that is big influenced by the 80s.
The band became known worldwide through the fantastic 80s soundtrack of the Netflix series Stranger Things. SURVIVE played an one hour long concert at this year’s Primavera Sound in Barcelona and Pitchfork captured this amazing performance. You can watch it just below on youtube.
