Roland released this week an nice firmware update for the JU-06 and JP-08 Boutique Synthesizer module. With the new version, musicians can now control their Boutique Synthesizers with the Plugout Synthesizers Juno 106 & Jupiter 8. Sadly this new feature is only open for subscribers of the Roland Cloud. One month is available for free, after this period, there is a subscription fee to pay.
It would be great if Roland will release this plugouts without the sound engine but only as midi editor so users can save also directly their presets. Nonetheless, a cool new update for the Boutique Synthesizers.
