One of the music highlights of the year 2016 was for me the Marble Machine project. This instrument is in my eyes something unique and so special in the sound. Check it out here when you missed it. Marble Machine Now the the same developer and musicians created another unique instrument. The Modulin based on a modular Eurorack Synthesizer can produce some really vibes and tones. The basis are Eurorack modules and the ribbon controller from Doepfer Electronics. The names comes from a Modular Synthesizer and from playability of a Violin, this is why the developer chose to call The Modulin.
