A quite interesting Max4Live day. Noisscoko, a new developer for Max4Live devices released today a really cool free instrument. The results of this sequenced sampler instrument are interesting because you can load samples in it and so the possibilities are endless.

Sempler is a sequence based sampler that allows you to play and improvise from audio files in many different ways. You can use it’s eight step sequencer to set up parameters and values, that can also be changed manually. Create sample based rhythmic and percussive patterns adjusting the file position, global pitch, fragment size and delay values step by step. Two channels are available, each one with it’s own buffer and sequence configuration.

Subtract elements by muting or skipping steps and also define the first and last step of the sequence. It has four different playback modes: forward, backward, ping-pong and random; and three speed modes: half, normal and double speed.
