Jon Hopkins Next Album Singularity Will Be Released In May 2018 & Live Tour Dates Announced

After the big success of Open Eye Signal, Jon Hopkins has become an integral part of electronic music. After his album Immunity in 2013 and several concerts it became quiet around the artist. Now there are good news!

John Hopkins latest work will be called Singularity and will be released on May 4th, 2018. Singularity is a journey that flows seamlessly from rugged techno to transcendent choral music, from solo acoustic piano to psychedelic ambient.

What The Artist Says About The Album
Jon Hopkins’ long awaited follow up to 2013’s breakthrough album Immunity arrives in the form of Singularity. Nine tracks that explore the dissonance between dystopian urbanity and the green forest, a universe beginning, expanding, and contracting towards the same infinitesimal point.

Where Immunity charted the dark alternative reality of an epic night out, Singularity sets out to venture further outward, stretching the experience out deeper into the unknown universe.

Emerald Rush gives us the first bloom of what Singularity is set to offer, a journey that flows seamlessly from rugged techno to transcendent choral music, from solo acoustic piano to psychedelic ambient.
