Already at NAMM Show 2017, I had the chance to discover a new MIDI Sequencer introduced by the Polish company Polyend. The SEQ-MIDI Step sequencer is my opinion a very powerful step sequencer with a excellent build quality and intuitive design. With the possibility to store up to 256 patterns in the internal storage, to program up to 32 steps directly on the device and to use in total 8 different polyphonic tracks, we can describe this as monster performance sequencer. I have often the problem with big sequencer that the menu diving is hard but in this case, the menu system and how you can record your steps is done very easy. The company just released a new overview video about the Polyend SEQ-MIDI Step Sequencer. If you are an eurorack user, there are good news because the company announced also at NAMM a special module which allows to use it also with CV and Gate. Really looking forward to see this sequencer in my artist setups.
