I bought last week at Amazon Warehouse, the second hand department of Amazon, a Novation Circuit for a very good price. At the initial release, I wasn’t big the fan of this machine because it was a bit limited in some ways. The two integrated Synthesizers wasn’t open enough for me and also the drum machine was closed with the sounds. In the past months, the team behind the Novation Circuit works on several very good update which gives me a far more better look at this machine.
First, they opened the two Nova Synth engine to users. With a free editor you can now edit your sounds and create complete new sounds. The Synth engine is huge and best known from their old Synthesizers. The last update just give me the ready to buy movement. They included a firmware update which let you upload in total 60 seconds of your own samples. This is pretty nice to upload vocal, bass and other type of samples inside Circuit.
Yesterday, my machine was delivered and here is an unboxing video where I show you what you get for the price. In future, I will release some videos about the Synth part and other themes on my youtube channel.
