IceGear Instruments released to today the new iPad Synthesizer App Mersenne, a percussive Synthesizer based on FM Synthesis.

I don’t get yet enough time to check it out and to make me a complete impression but I played this afternoon a full hour with this new release and I recommend it already to all IceGear Instruments app lovers. This developer brings every release a complete new and innovative concept to the iPad. If you love the AAS Chromaphone Synthesizer on your desktop, you will love this percussive synthesizer also a lot. The main difference is here that Chromaphone comes with physical modelling technology and Mersenne is FM based. The sound is metallic and this is what I love about this new app. Something new and I hope to tell you more about in near future about it
